    replacement schedules developed

     maintained equipment. Contractual

     agreements and continual quality

      assessment, ensures performance levels

      are of the highest standard.

            Outsourcing maintenance to MacWhirter 

           improves system efficiency, extends

       Each MacWhirter customer has

      a designated account manager and use

     of the Help Desk; a single point of contact

     which improves communication and

     increases accountability

 

      MacWhirter has over 300 service and

       maintenance contracts ranging from single

        discipline, single site, to multi-discipline,

         multi-site contracts. The flexibilityallowed

          for through this provision has developed
